SAU ORGANISATIONAL REVIEW 2016 report by Hack Aye

Posted: Tuesday, 8th November 2016

Due to the increase in membership and the current lack of staffing, we realized that the pressures on the SAU executive as a voluntary committee are not sustainable, and that we needed to undertake an Organisational Review in order to make the best decisions about the development of SAU on behalf of the organisation and the membership. We commissioned Jennifer Hunter of Hack Aye to 'HACK SAU' and she presented her findings at this year's AGM at Southblock, Glasgow, in the forma of a powerpoint outlining the issues and her plan for a way forward for the organisation. She has kindly created a version that we can display here on the website, as a downloadable PDF.
